Established in July 2020 by the qualified Chartered Accountant Nosipho Gumede, AccountPreneurs Chartered Accountants is a dedicated accounting consulting firm focused on providing comprehensive accounting and advisory support to businesses of all sizes in South Africa.
Our core services include assisting businesses with the preparation and management of monthly accounting records, IFRS interpretation, budgeting, forecasting, and the compilation of financial statements. This strategic approach allows businesses to concentrate on their essential core activities, particularly during the critical early stages of growth.
Drawing on our extensive expertise in assurance, AccountPreneurs offers clients limited assurance engagements, encompassing independent reviews and agreed-upon procedures. Independent reviews adhere to the requirements outlined in ISRE 2400, ensuring a thorough and conclusive analysis of financial statements for prospective clients.

About the Founder
Nosipho Gumede is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of work experience. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences and a Post graduate degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand. She has attained her CA qualification with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants after passing both her board exams on record time. In the year 2020 she has also obtained her Masters in Management - Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation from the Wits Business School.
Nosipho has got extensive knowledge of performing procedures in accordance with IFRS, IAS, ISA, US GAAP, the King III Code on Corporate Governance and various relevant South African legislation. Her work experience includes working as an audit manager with one of the big four accounting firms in South Africa. Nosipho has also had the opportunity to obtain international experience when she was seconded to the United States of America where she worked for a few months.
Nosipho Gumede is a proud member of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of South Africa (ABASA), the Black Management Forum (BMF) as well as the African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA) which are institutions aimed at the advancement of black and female professionals. She is passionate about the development of small businesses and hence the specialisation in entrepreneurship and new venture creation.
